Refund & Returns Policy

At Dead Red Off-Road, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please review our Refunds & Returns Policy below to see how we can assist you.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

1.1. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

1.2. Items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.

1.3. Sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. INITIATING A RETURN

2.1. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Any supporting photos (especially if the item is damaged or defective)

2.2. Our customer support will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

3. SHIPPING RETURNS

3.1. Once your return is approved, please send the product to:

3.2. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. In that case, Dead Red Off-Road will cover the return shipping costs.

3.3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Dead Red Off-Road cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. REFUNDS

4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4.3. If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of receiving your refund approval notification, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

5. EXCHANGES

5.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please initiate a return as mentioned above and specify in the email that you’d like an exchange.
